Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing speakbites.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. speakbites is an independent project operated by an individual ("we", "us"), based in Poland. Purchases are made through our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., and your payment contract is with Polar under its Buyer Terms.

2. The service

speakbites is a microlearning platform offering courses on communication skills, plus an AI Speech Analyzer feature (in development). Course content is provided on an "as is" basis and may be improved over time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Purchases & access

The all-courses bundle is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the included courses for your account. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar; prices and what is included are shown at checkout. Access is granted to the email address used at purchase — please use the same email as your speakbites account. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute course content, not to misuse or disrupt the service, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer it.

6. Intellectual property

All course content and the platform are owned by the operator of speakbites. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the content. You retain ownership of any recordings you submit.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is educational and does not constitute professional advice.
